6th Grade Online

North Hampton School out on the 17th and Winnacunnet High school out the 22nd! Wow! Sau 21 district is always out on the same day!  What a change!

Sadly, Power Points are over for the year . We will be going to our last Power Point Party on Wednesday the sixteen of June. We will be going mini golfing at the Sagamore Mini Gold Course . This year we have gotten to have four Power Point Parties. Each one was wonderful. It started with a visit from our camp leaders. Then we went to the movies to see The Lightning Thief and then we went for a day at the beach  This is a great success. Good luck to next years sixth graders!

Water Country opens this Saturday! It’s going to be so much fun! Some rides are different colors and look awesome! This year will be so cool and awesome because Water Country is the best!

The end of school is in less than 1 1/2  weeks away. And after that we have 75 days of vacation until seventh grade! We will get to party at a mini-golf resort on the 16 which is the day before the end of school. The celebration is on the 17 for the end of school everything should be exciting and fun.

This years sixth grade had a wonderful time at Merrowvista. We all had a wonderful time doing everything. Everyone had fun leaders that never failed to make us laugh. All of us enjoyed the activities like swimming and archery. We then had great meals. Night games were always really fun from capture the flag to egg drop. Then when it was time to go to sleep we went back to our cabins. I don’t know how everyone else felt but I had a great cabin. We stayed up late (don’t tell the teachers) and told stories, played truth or dare and just did random things that we won’t forget for a long time. It was sad to leave Merrowvista but we will have so many memories.

Thanks to all of the people who made it possible for us to enjoy our weeks. Thanks to our teachers, everyone who worked at camp, the wonderful people who helped us up the mountain and the helpful lady who gave up a week of her time to be our camp nurse (thanks Mom). Of course, we can’t wait for New York next year. Have fun next year future sixth graders!

Everybody had a great time in school this year because there were great field trips, great friends and a really great time. We had a real blast at Merrowvista and Exchange City!!! And we will wrap up the year with a HUGE game of Mini-Golf!!! We had a great year!!!!! WOOHOO!!!

Skeleton Creek, Atherton Trilogy, Maximum Ride, Leviathan, Enders Game, Flipped, Airman, Everlost, The Night of the Howling Dogs, Second Sight, Ruby Key, and the Things Not Seen Trilogy.

Only 2 weeks of school left and then we are moving into summer. We will have an Edcube portfolio share before the end of the year. We are going to have 2 more lit circles before the end of the school year to finish our final lit circle book. We are also having the whole 5th grade come and visit us on the 11 so we will have to give them some pointers on 6th grade. And we will be able to visit our 5th grade teachers. I hope everyone is having a fun last few weeks of the year. If the 5th graders ask you are hard question use your group to figure it out and if they don’t know then just say you’ll have to find out for yourself. I hope everybody was laughing when Roland Smith came. He was one of the funniest people I know. I think  Billy was the funniest subject. “Leave him.  He’s interesting!” even though he kind of yelled at the 6th graders for not raising there hands.  Well, he didn’t yell he just made it into a joke.  He was definitely  very funny.

Tomorrow we’re going to all walk  to the fire department for our D.A.R.E. graduation. We are having pizza there and I’m sure it will be a blast. After lunch we will graduate and have fun! At the graduation we will receive our D.A.R.E. T-shirts and certificate!
